Overview

Our editing team was approached by an independent film company (Salt Productions), to edit a series of Walmart advertisements. Some would be for TV, Internal, and social Media.

Challenges & Approach

A big challenge for me was going through so much raw footage while keeping the project under budget. We utilized ai to transcribe the interviews, and then I spent time crafting some stories that could work for this. We tailored each story independently for the format. Things like social media had to be faster and to the point, while longer internal work had more time to breath. Audio was done in house, and color was done offsite.

The result

Ultimately, The project demonstrated the power of film to elevate a brand's image and to generate significant buzz and engagement on social media. Walmart was very happy, and we have an ongoing relationship with the film company that approached us.
